‘The Long, Hot Summer’ Show Opening at Berkeley Fine Art Studio

Cherries in a Basket Painting Seamus Berkeley
Cherries in a Basket, 3″ x 9″, oil on canvas (Rollover for detail)

It has been a long, hot summer and the Berkeley Painting Group invites you to see the “fruits of our labor”. Come see how we have taken advantage of the mostly locally-grown produce that are depicted in paintings we have created of luscious summer fruits, garden vegetables and other subject matter all celebrating summer.

We just know you will want to have one of these paintings in your kitchen, dining room, sun room or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Come and taste wine poured by sommelier Amerilis Ersery, meet the artists, while you view paintings to add to your collection.

Opening is this Saturday at my studio in Berkeley, California.

Here are the show opening details:

  1. Soy de los que opinan que la expresividad total puede estar concentrada en una sóla pincelada. Enhorabuena por esta obra y por el tratamiento del color.
