Landscape: Moon Over Moraga

Sometimes nature aligns to present a scene that includes a little bit of everything: a bright sliver of a rising moon, the warm hues of a setting sun, the cool blues of clouds in shadows, the pinpoints of emerging stars, the deep blue of the evening sky, the violets of distant hills, and the dark greens of grass and trees. This was the setting from a deck high on a hilltop overlooking Moraga in the far distance.

Memorable moment for sure, and worth painting as a reminder to be present to witness the awesomeness of our universe.
